1) When will I receive my order?
10-12 business days.
All orders made before 2:00 PM eastern time will be processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay on your order then we will reach out to you via email or phone.
2) Is there a return policy?
Here at The Coffee Club we strive to deliver you the best in quality & value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product then we are happy to give you a full refund.
3) Are the products high quality?
Yes, all products are made with quality materials and created as you order it.
4) What payment methods are accepted?

5) How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you order. Updates will be sent to you throughout the delivery process.
6) What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately. We will either send you a new product that day or refund your money.
